About Introspective Solutions
Carmen Rickman, LCSW-C

An introspective person is someone who spends considerable time examining their own thoughts and feelings.  As an introvert, I have always struggled with being accepted into certain spaces.  I found that in a world full of talkers, it can be hard to get people to listen. This is how Introspective Solutions was born.  I was inspired to create space for those who need help sorting out their thoughts, feelings, and ideas to achieve solutions.

Introspective Solutions is where creativity and compassion meet.

I received my Master’s Degree from Spalding University’s School of Social Work in 2015.  As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am experienced in providing mental and behavioral health care services to individuals, groups, and communities through counseling, case management, program design, monitoring, evaluation, and technical assistance including workflow analysis, staff development and training, survey design, and data analysis. I specialize in program development and evaluation of evidence-based programs, state-funded programs, and practices of child and family services using a trauma-informed and data-driven approach.
